With a background in pelvic floor rehabilitation, sexual wellness, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, and athleticism coaching, Dr. Grant brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. For the past decade, she has diversified her approach to health and wellness through studies in herbalism, nutrition, meditation, yoga, bodywork practices, and somatic healing.
