6 Weeks

Relaxation From Pelvic Pain

  • Get relief from pelvic pain.
  • Feel better in the bedroom.
  • Daily stretch routines to ease pelvic floor tension.
  • Self massage techniques to relax pelvic muscles.
  • Restore pleasure to sex.

17 Sessions, Daily Practice

Strengthening Series

  • Strengthen your pelvic floor and core.
  • Weak no more.
  • Help for diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic floor weakness.
  • For any age or stage.

12 Weeks, 10 minutes, 3x/week

Postpartum Series
