Leaking, core weakness, fatigue? This 8-week program helps women in midlife /perimenopause rebuild strength & pelvic confidence.
At Peli Health, we believe pelvic health is foundational, not something to think about only after pregnancy or when aging becomes an issue. The truth is, 1 in 3 women will experience a pelvic floor disorder in her lifetime, and symptoms like bladder leaks, pain during sex, pelvic heaviness, and core weakness often begin in the 30s and 40s, not just post-baby or post-menopause.
Yet, the vast majority of women are never taught how to care for their pelvic floor, until something goes wrong. That’s why we created the 8-Week Strength & Pelvic Floor Program for Perimenopausal Women.
Starting to leak when you laugh? Core not what it used to be?
Hormones are shifting, your body’s changing, and you’re thinking: Wait, what is happening?
You’re not imagining it. And you’re definitely not alone.Bladder leaks, pelvic heaviness, low energy, and intimacy discomfort are all common in your 30s, 40s, and 50s, but they’re not just “normal.” And they’re absolutely not your new forever.
This 8-week program is here to help you reset your foundation, reduce symptoms, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels good, grounded, and doable.

Whether you’re entering perimenopause or just tired of not feeling like yourself, this is your chance to pause, rebuild, and feel good again.
This program is more than just movement. It’s a proactive, science-backed approach to building strength, reducing symptoms, and learning how to support your body through perimenopause and into the decades ahead.
Why Pelvic Health Matters Now
We often think of pelvic floor issues as something that comes “later.” But research shows that:
- Bladder leaks affect over 40% of women in midlife, many of whom have never had children. Source: NIH
- Pelvic floor dysfunction is closely tied to core weakness, back pain, and hormonal shifts, especially in perimenopause.
- Strengthening the pelvic floor and core improves posture, reduces injury risk, and supports sexual functionand confidence.
- Early intervention can prevent prolapse and improve quality of life well into your 60s, 70s, and beyond. Source: National Library of Medicine
This isn’t about bouncing back or getting fit. It’s about creating a body that feels strong, supported, and functional for life.
